Quentin HOUSSAYE has been a surf teacher at ESCF Anglet for many years. Inspired by the Landes and Pays Basque and his love of surfing, golfing and photography, Quentin has designed a magical surf experience for us and for you. Epic Surf Residency is a Premium ESCF surf camp where you will enjoy a unique, memorable surf experience.
Today we are proud to offer you an all inclusive ESCF surf camp to fully experience the Pays Basque and Landes lifestyle.
Throughout the week, we will take you to the most beautiful surf spots accompanied by a team of specialists who will guide and film you to improve your practice, while continuously monitoring your progress. What makes the ESCF surf camp so special? Our teaching method based essentially on providing lots of feedback.
We will also you introduce you to or advise you about other activities such as golfing or hiking, depending of course on surfing conditions!
The daily schedule will be based on the tides and will include two surf sessions per day.
For this first residency, we are delighted to collaborate with Diane and Lucas, owners of La Casa Viel, a guesthouse in a tastefully renovated 17th century farmhouse ideally situated to watch the most beautiful sunsets on the Pavillon Royal beach.
In this green oasis you will be able to revitalize and debrief every evening while watching videos filmed by our team. Every morning you will enjoy a fresh seasonal breakfast made by your hosts. We offer you all the ingredients for an exceptional ESCF surf camp!
La maison Casaviel offers single and double rooms along with a duplex and studio. There’s something for everyone !

This full program will ensure that you go back home having made real progress! Because we understand that is what you are looking for when you participate in an ESCF surf camp!
The surf sessions are filmed and you will get video feedback every day, just like pro training. This surf camp offers much more than simple surf classes: our teaching approach, based on video and picture analysis, is critical. You will go home with live footage of your sessions. To rewatch whenever you want.

More than a traditional Surf camp, this ESCF SURF CAMP will give you a unique opportunity to experience the real Pays Basque and Landes lifestyle. You will discover local, authentic spots in a warm, friendly environment.
We will also take the time to introduce you to many increasingly wellknowned surf shapers living in the Pays Basque, each with their own individual styles.
