There is no age limit when it comes to surfing as long as the person enjoys being in the water and is in fairly fit.

The best way to learn how to surf is to sign up for an intensive five day surf course with daily instruction and follow-up. You will be awarded a certificate at the end of the course.

Session times depend on the tide and the spot. The best thing to do is to contact your ESCF school to find out what time the surf classes begin.

You can begin with a discovery session (1 x 1.5 hours) and if you like it, you can complete it with the option of your choice.

You should know how to swim in 1.5m minimum of water, even if we begin in very shallow water and in small waves.
